When trying to establish why a website is not performing many questions need to be asked, and even for seasoned SEO professionals it can be difficult to remember them all.

In ollaboration with other SEO companies and consultants we have formulated an SEO scorecard system, that easily allows for a site to be benchmarked, and includes some helpful tips and reminders.

The SEO Scorecard looks at elements in the following areas:

1. Keywords
2. Links - internal, inbound and outbound
3. Metatags
4. Content
5. Visual extras and SEO
6. Domain, URLs and web mastery

Once a site has been benchmarked, problem areas identified and areas for improvement highlighted an SEO action plan can then be formulated and implemented.
