Like anything connected to the computer/internet industry search engine optimisation is so dynamic that there is constantly something new you can learn. However, this very same thing also makes learning about SEO a difficult thing. While some might think that by attending a seminar on SEO or reading a book once will leave them equipped with the knowledge to do their own website’s SEO it actually isn’t true. With SEO your knowledge might be enough to address current issues and ensure that your website is optimised today but it surely doesn’t ensure that it will be tomorrow.

Search engines continually strive to improve their search algorithms and it takes a dedicated person to keep up with the latest changes. One of the traits that a good SEO has is the passion to learn, to soak in knowledge. If you do not like the idea of continually “studying” then SEO is not for you. If you marvel at the way this age is churning out new information and finding ways to apply this to make things (specifically search) work better then welcome to the world of SEO – you will definitely fit in!
